This website does not automatically collect any personal data. We do not use cookies, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or contact forms that store data on servers.
Personal data is collected only when you contact us voluntarily via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
Data provided voluntarily (name, contact details, stay dates) is used exclusively to: respond to enquiries, manage bookings, and fulfil legal obligations (guest registration with authorities).
Processing is based on explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Data is kept for the time strictly necessary to manage the booking and comply with Italian tourism and fiscal regulations (max 10 years for accounting documents).
Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties, except mandatory disclosures to authorities (Police – Alloggiati Web, Municipality of Caorle for tourist tax).
The availability calendar uses Google Calendar (subject to Google's Privacy Policy). WhatsApp links redirect to Meta's service. Fonts and icons are loaded locally — no data is sent to Google or other CDNs.
